My moist cake

Thats my Belly. Oh sorry, shudnt say this.

Thats me making moist cake.
I've gone thru many experiment, guess wat,
FAILED!

I just dun wanna giv up on making that. Since i love cake so much,

Im gonna giv a many tries on that! Lol

Here are the ingredients:

1 cup margarine
1 3/4 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees (C)Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Haha done. Im in love 4 the 1st sight. but, after try i try it, omg...

Its not sweet enuff & need to add abit more chocolate powder.
Anyway, its better than previous attempts. Lol
So, if u wan to try my recipe, juz add more sugar and chocolate powder.

p/s: Tis cake will increase your fats in your body. Coz it contains 1 cup of margarine. LoL

So far, i only manage to make brownies well. lol
